How to disconnect HowlMetrics and have your data deleted.

Section 01
Disconnect a Platform
- YouTube / Google: open your Google account permissions, choose HowlMetrics and remove access.
- Facebook, Instagram or Threads (once available): open Settings > Apps and websites, choose HowlMetrics and remove it.
When access is removed, HowlMetrics can no longer read any new data.
Section 02
Ask Us to Delete Your Data
Email [email protected] from the email address on your HowlMetrics account with the subject "Delete my data". We will:
- delete the data we obtained from your connected platforms within 7 days;
- delete your HowlMetrics account and remaining personal data within 30 days;
- reply to confirm when it is done.
Data obtained from YouTube API Services is also deleted within 7 days after you revoke access, even if you do not email us.
