Section 01

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Wolf Pak Strategies LLC ("we", "our" or "us") for the HowlMetrics website and service. By using HowlMetrics you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use HowlMetrics.

Section 02

The Service

HowlMetrics reads statistics about the channels you connect and presents them in reports. HowlMetrics is currently in early access: features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times.

Section 03

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account.

Section 04

Channels You Connect

You may connect only channels and accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You can disconnect at any time.

Section 05

YouTube API Services

HowlMetrics uses YouTube API Services. By using HowlMetrics you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our use of data obtained through YouTube API Services is described in our Privacy Policy, and Google's in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time through the Google security settings page. HowlMetrics is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

Section 06

Other Platforms

Where HowlMetrics connects to other platforms, your use of those connections is also subject to that platform's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by third-party platforms.

Section 07

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the service; access it by automated means other than features we provide; reverse engineer it except where the law allows; use it to break any law or any platform's terms; or resell access without our written permission.

Section 08

Reports, Estimates and AI Opinions

Reports present statistics provided by the platforms you connect. Platforms may revise their own numbers, and their official dashboards remain the authoritative source (for example, YouTube Studio for Partner Program eligibility). Projections are clearly labeled and are not promises. Any AI opinions are labeled as opinions and are not professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make about your content and spending.

Section 09

Fees

Early access may be offered free of charge. Prices for paid plans will be published before they apply to you. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment processors.

Section 10

Your Data and Our Property

Your channel data belongs to you. You give us permission to process it only to provide HowlMetrics to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. The HowlMetrics software, design, name and logo belong to Wolf Pak Strategies LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. "HowlMetrics" and "Wolf Pak Strategies" are trademarks of Wolf Pak Strategies LLC.

Disclaimer of Warranties

HOWLMETRICS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF RESULTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY GROWTH, EARNINGS OR PLATFORM ELIGIBILITY.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOLF PAK STRATEGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Section 13

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wolf Pak Strategies LLC and its officers, employees and agents from claims arising from your misuse of HowlMetrics, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights or any platform's terms.

Section 14

Termination

You may stop using HowlMetrics and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these Terms or where required by law or by a platform's rules. When access ends, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Section 15

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Hernando County, Florida.

Section 16

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by updating this page and, for account holders, by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
